About this role

Fivetran seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide frontline technical support to dbt Labs customers across multiple channels. You'll troubleshoot complex data pipeline and transformation issues, deepen your expertise in the dbt platform and modern data stack, and help enhance customer documentation.

What you'll do

  • Support customers via tickets, email, and video calls, resolving issues ranging from simple questions to complex technical challenges
  • Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting through complete resolution
  • Build and expand technical expertise across dbt Core, dbt platform, and connected data warehouse technologies
  • Improve and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility for users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and peers across time zones to deliver quality support
  • Proactively seek professional development opportunities to grow your technical capabilities
