- Design and maintain internal tools and automations for growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and trust & safety teams to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain analytics pipelines, dashboards, and reporting.
- Automate manual tasks, like content workflows and managing campus social media.
- Proactively identify and scope opportunities with cross-functional teams.
- Transition prototypes into durable, production-ready backend systems.
