About this role

Lead the end-to-end design and production of electrical skids and UPS E-Houses for Fluidstack's AI data center infrastructure. As Chief Engineer, you'll own integrated MV/LV electrical products from concept through factory acceptance, directing a cross-disciplinary engineering team while driving rapid deployment at scale.

What you'll do

  • Own complete design of MV/LV electrical skids and UPS E-House product lines from one-lines through production-ready drawings
  • Lead a dedicated team of electrical, structural, HVAC, and fire protection engineers through compressed release schedules
  • Drive compliance, factory readiness, and type testing campaigns with full in-house design authority
  • Work with localization teams to define design upgrades for interconnect points, transport limits, and seismic anchorage across global deployments
  • Collaborate with third-party authorized vendors to ensure consistent product quality across Fluidstack's fleet
  • Make ship-or-hold decisions on factory test results and ensure precise specifications for first-pass manufacturing
