About this role
Lead the design and certification of Fluidstack's low-voltage switchboard and distribution busway platforms from concept to production, delivering UL-listed products within 12 months to support massive data center buildouts for AI infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Own clean-sheet design of UL 891 switchboards and UL 857 busway platforms, including calculations, analysis, and production drawings
- Lead product teams through parallel design, NRTL listing, and short-circuit test campaigns with aggressive 12-month timeline
- Manage end-to-end certification programs including test planning, witness testing, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Redesign bus, bracing, and joints based on test results and performance data from short-circuit and temperature rise campaigns
- Coordinate with localization and third-party vendor teams to ensure consistent product deployment across the data center fleet
- Establish ratings documentation and configuration rules for application engineering and production manufacturing
