People Partner - Infrastructure & Physical

About this role

Fluidstack seeks an experienced People Partner to support infrastructure and physical operations leaders with talent development, performance management, and employee experience. This embedded role focuses on coaching managers through complex people challenges in a rapidly scaling, multi-site environment where operations teams face unique organizational pressures.

What you'll do

• Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback delivery, and team decision-making
• Build relationships with operations department leaders to understand team dynamics and people challenges
• Partner on implementing people systems adapted for operational context and scaled growth
• Identify and surface people risks across your coverage area with clear recommendations
• Support career development and employee transitions across infrastructure teams
• Travel regularly to office and field locations to maintain in-person relationships
