About this role
Fluidstack is seeking a Product Engineer, AI to build critical software systems that automate AI infrastructure delivery at scale. You'll work on high-impact problems spanning hiring automation, financial forecasting, capital allocation, and contract management—partnering directly with domain experts to turn complex business processes into intelligent, scalable systems.
What you'll do
- Design and ship production software for automating infrastructure delivery workflows, from scheduling to deployment verification
- Build systems that integrate with finance, legal, recruiting, and operations teams to transform manual processes into automated, data-driven ones
- Develop LLM-powered tools for parsing contracts, extracting obligations, and surfacing actionable insights to domain experts
- Work directly with finance, treasury, legal, and recruiting leaders to understand their workflows and embed software solutions into their real deadlines
- Own end-to-end feature development across hiring automation, cash forecasting, capital pipeline, and contract lifecycle management
- Iterate rapidly on product taste and user experience, ensuring interfaces feel obvious to non-technical domain experts
What they're looking for
- Production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript
- LLM APIs and agentic frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude Code, Cursor)
- Building features on LLM APIs and MCP servers
- Full-stack product development with autonomous iteration
- Financial systems, ERP, or fixed asset accounting (bonus)
- Contract lifecycle management or legal document processing
- ATS/HRIS integrations (Ashby, Greenhouse, Rippling, Workday)
- Working with domain experts outside engineering to drive adoption
