About this role
Join Fluidstack's Decision Team to build AI-powered automation systems that streamline infrastructure delivery, hiring, capital allocation, and financial operations at scale. You'll work end-to-end on high-impact projects that transform manual processes into intelligent software systems, directly supporting the company's mission to accelerate AI compute infrastructure deployment.
What you'll do
- Design and ship production software systems that automate key business processes using LLMs, agents, and structured data graphs
- Build automation for hiring pipeline management, including recruiting workflows, interviewer logistics, and onboarding generation
- Create financial forecasting and cash flow systems that integrate purchase orders, contracts, and construction milestones
- Develop capital allocation systems that track budgets, financing drawdowns, and milestone-gated fund releases
- Extract and structure obligations, pricing, and SLAs from legal documents (MSAs, change orders) into actionable workflows
- Embed with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, people, treasury) to translate domain expertise into automated systems
What they're looking for
- Production software development in Go, Python, or TypeScript
- LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-weight models) and agentic frameworks
- AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and autonomous agent development
- Systems design and full-stack ownership from problem identification to deployment
- Financial systems, ERP, or fixed asset accounting (bonus)
- Contract lifecycle management and document parsing
- ATS/HRIS integration (Ashby, Greenhouse, Rippling, Workday) (bonus)
- Working knowledge of FP&A, cash forecasting, or structured finance (bonus)
