What you'll do

  • Lead failure investigations from start to finish, including evidence handling and analysis.
  • Perform physical evidence preservation and testing using techniques like microscopy and CT scanning.
  • Identify material failure mechanisms (fatigue, corrosion, etc.).
  • Develop standardized failure analysis workflows and reporting formats.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve designs.
