Electrical Engineer (New Grad December 2026)
About this role
Freeform seeks a new graduate electrical engineer to design and develop custom electronics for autonomous metal 3D printing factory systems. You'll work on PCB and compute system design, using first-principles problem-solving across the full product lifecycle in a collaborative engineering environment.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and test highly reliable electronics and PCBs rapidly
- Model and simulate circuit designs for analysis and performance evaluation
- Drive component selection, schematic capture, prototyping, and bring-up
- Perform hands-on debugging using laboratory test equipment and custom instrumentation
- Contribute to electrical architecture, product requirements, and manufacturing planning
- Support documentation, productization, and test throughout development
