About this role
Garda Capital Partners seeks a Technical Support Engineer to be the primary technology owner for the New York office and trading floor. This hands-on role combines deskside support for executives and traders with endpoint management, site infrastructure coordination, and participation in global infrastructure projects across a multi-office alternative investment firm.
What you'll do
- Provide deskside and white-glove support to traders, executives, and staff across Windows, macOS, mobile, Microsoft 365, and business applications
- Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, Intune enrollment, software deployment, and device lifecycle activities
- Support local network, Wi-Fi, meeting-room AV/VC, and trading-floor technology with global infrastructure coordination
- Act as primary liaison to the MSP, triaging tickets and driving resolution of technical issues
- Coordinate office technology changes, moves, installations, and vendor work according to firm standards
- Participate in global infrastructure projects, rollouts, migrations, and security operations like patching and vulnerability remediation
