About this role
Gen seeks an AI/Machine Learning Engineer II to build applied ML systems driving customer growth, retention, and personalization across their cybersecurity and financial wellness portfolio. You'll own end-to-end ML initiatives from model development through production deployment, experimentation, and optimization in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Lead applied ML projects independently from data preparation and model development through production deployment and monitoring
- Deploy and maintain scalable ML solutions with robust workflows for inference, evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and retraining
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure incremental customer and business impact
- Build propensity, uplift, recommendation, ranking, and customer-value models for personalization across channels
- Collaborate with ML infrastructure, data engineering, product, and business teams to integrate models into production systems
- Develop agentic tools and automation to streamline ML workflows and improve delivery speed and quality
