Full Stack Software Engineer
About this role
Gen is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build high-performance payment platforms that securely integrate with global payment service providers. You'll work across the entire stack—from Java/Spring backends to React/Vue/Angular frontends—supporting nearly 500 million users across Gen's portfolio of cybersecurity and financial wellness brands.
What you'll do
- Design and develop full-stack payment applications for high-traffic platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
- Build secure integrations with global Payment Service Providers using modern protocols and API standards
- Create responsive frontends and robust backend services with well-documented APIs for cross-team communication
- Own technical designs of system architecture using Java/Spring Boot and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Ensure high quality of service and strong security standards across the entire application stack
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
