About this role
Geneva Trading seeks AI engineering interns for a 10-week summer program to explore and prototype AI-driven tools, frameworks, and automation solutions for proprietary trading workflows. You'll work on impactful projects with hands-on mentorship from experienced traders and technologists, with strong performers receiving full-time offers upon graduation.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and prototype new AI models, frameworks, and developer tools for internal trading workflows
- Build and test AI-driven automation tools, assistants, and prototypes under senior guidance
- Track and analyze metrics on developer efficiency, tool adoption, and solution effectiveness
- Collaborate with engineers and traders to solve complex, high-impact technical problems
- Demonstrate prototypes and present findings to drive technology adoption across teams
- Present work to senior leaders and incorporate actionable feedback

- Agent orchestration frameworks and multi-step AI workflows
- Python programming and software development fundamentals
- Large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Experience with Claude, Codex, Grok Build, or Gemini
