About this role
Geneva Trading seeks an ambitious intern for a 10-week paid summer program supporting the systems reliability engineering team. You'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting trading platform issues, managing deployments, and analyzing system logs while receiving mentorship from industry professionals.
What you'll do
- Support engineers through change releases, deployments, and troubleshooting with escalations to DevOps and Development teams
- Diagnose and resolve issues occurring on trading desks
- Analyze log files to identify application problems and propose solutions
- Assist with monitoring tool management and alert tuning to reduce noise
- Participate in corporate training and mentorship activities
- Collaborate on projects that directly impact firm operations
