About this role
Glean seeks a Designated Technical Support Engineer to serve as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers, providing both proactive and reactive support while owning the customer experience for assigned accounts across the Central/East region.
What you'll do
- Own proactive and reactive technical support for assigned Glean customers, prioritizing and resolving issues
- Conduct regular customer meetings to review issues, develop resolution plans, and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain consistent availability through collaborative communication channels with timely issue updates
- Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles
- Perform first-response technical troubleshooting and resolution with thorough follow-through
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and implement preventative measures
