IT Engineer

About this role

GlossGenius seeks an IT Engineer to build scalable identity and endpoint infrastructure for a rapidly growing AI-powered business. You'll architect Okta automation, manage the MDM fleet, deploy AI-powered self-service workflows, and ensure SOC2/HIPAA compliance while partnering across Security, Engineering, and People teams.

What you'll do

• Design and implement Okta identity lifecycle automation using group rules, SCIM, and Expression Language
• Own zero-touch provisioning and offboarding for Iru-managed macOS endpoints
• Build Claude Enterprise AI workflows to deflect manual IT requests through self-service
• Create auditable, scripted processes that automate recurring IT workflows at scale
• Maintain SOC2 and HIPAA compliance through access reviews and deprovisioning evidence
• Document IT processes and partner with People team on AI-driven onboarding acceleration
