About this role
GLS is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain their desktop systems, client management systems, and network infrastructure. This role will focus on supporting Microsoft technologies, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with the security team to protect client systems. The position offers a dynamic environment within a rapidly growing company.
What you'll do
- Configure, implement, and monitor desktop systems and client management systems.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 and related services (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Flow).
- Support and manage Microsoft technologies including Kace, Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure.
- Monitor network infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Maintain inventory and licensing documentation for client devices and software.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for escalation services.
