Gotion Inc. seeks a QMS Engineer to establish and maintain quality management systems at their new Illinois battery manufacturing facility. What you'll do
- Design and implement QMS system architecture with quality manuals and procedure documents
- Conduct internal audits, management reviews, and coordinate third-party certifications
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and maintain inspection guidelines and quality standards
- Track quality metrics, trends, and industry best practices for system optimization
- Manage quality documentation, audit records, and compliance activities
