About this role
Gradial seeks a Product Engineer to design and build intuitive, AI-powered user interfaces for their marketing operations platform. You'll collaborate across design and engineering teams to create accessible, high-performance components while establishing scalable design systems that make complex workflows approachable.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement interactive UI components from concept through delivery
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to iterate on user experiences with focus on accessibility and performance
- Build and evolve a scalable design system to maintain consistency across the product suite
- Create rapid prototypes using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies to validate design concepts
- Advocate for user-centered solutions through usability testing and iterative feedback incorporation
- Coordinate with backend engineers on API design and data structures for seamless interactions
