Greenboard is seeking a highly motivated AI Automation Engineer to build their testing framework and QA practices from the ground up. This crucial role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of their AI-native compliance operating system, particularly for regulated financial institutions where accuracy is paramount. You'll own the entire testing lifecycle, from framework creation to release sign-off, and tackle the unique challenges of testing non-deterministic AI outputs.
What you'll do
- Build and own the test framework, automated regression suites, and QA practices.
- Focus on testing critical compliance workflows such as message archiving, review routing, and attestations.
- Develop methods for evaluating AI-driven detection and review.
- Ensure data integrity at scale, validating data ingestion and output.
- Manage bug triage, release sign-off, and deployment readiness.
