About this role

GuidePoint Security seeks an experienced IAM Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead end-to-end CyberArk implementations and migrations across diverse client environments. This remote role requires 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience with at least 2 years in professional services or consulting, strong technical expertise in the CyberArk PAS suite, and proven ability to manage complex client engagements.

What you'll do

  • Lead full-lifecycle CyberArk implementations, upgrades, and migrations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
  • Design and deploy CyberArk core components (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, PTA) tailored to client requirements
  • Conduct discovery workshops and develop PAM strategy and architecture based on stakeholder needs
  • Develop onboarding plans for privileged accounts across Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, network devices, and cloud platforms
  • Integrate CyberArk with adjacent security systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and PSM plugins
  • Manage project timelines, client communications, and provide escalation support for production issues
