About this role
SpaceX seeks a Civil Engineer specializing in water resources to design and build industrial water infrastructure projects supporting the company's mission. You'll work with a multidisciplinary construction team in Bastrop, TX, managing hydraulics calculations, water treatment systems, and resolving field conflicts while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Design and construct industrial water treatment and delivery infrastructure systems at rapid pace
- Perform hydraulic, filtration, and water quality calculations for potable and non-potable distribution
- Manage civil and water resources aspects of construction projects on-site
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers throughout project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time field conditions
