About this role

Guild seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between its AI agent control platform and enterprise customers. You'll design and implement production-ready agent solutions, work across the full stack, and feed customer insights back into product development while partnering closely with sales.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end customer engagements: discovery, solution architecture design, and deployment of agent-based workflows
  • Build integrations connecting Guild's platform to customer systems (Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, internal APIs) using LLM frameworks
  • Develop custom tooling, services, and scripts across Python, TypeScript, and React to deliver seamless solutions
  • Operate cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes) and support customer deployments
  • Translate field learnings into product requirements and identify reusable patterns for the platform
  • Support sales with technical expertise including architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and customer trust-building
