Forward Deployed Engineer
About this role
HackerRank seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical lead for customer engagements, leading pilots, demos, and adoption efforts. You'll combine full-stack technical depth with customer-facing consultation to drive measurable impact for enterprise clients evaluating the developer assessment platform.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery, pilots, and technical demonstrations as the primary technical voice with prospects and enterprise accounts
- Partner onsite with customer engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover needs and design tailored solutions
- Manage project execution and timelines through disciplined planning, communication, and proactive status updates
- Configure, debug, and customize web applications and integrations; write API scripts to support customer implementations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to capture customer feedback and inform product strategy
- Leverage AI and other tools to accelerate delivery and improve customer outcomes
