About this role

Hadrian seeks a CAM Programmer, Execution to bridge CAM programming and shop-floor manufacturing by diagnosing and resolving production failures across CNC programs, machine setups, and inspection workflows. This hybrid process engineering role owns end-to-end manufacturing stability, working cross-functionally to translate programmed intent into reliable, repeatable production outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC program, machine setup, and inspection failures using CMM data and GD&T analysis
  • Refine toolpaths and machining strategies based on real-world machine behavior and inspection feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CAM, Quality, CMM, and Automation teams to develop production-grade solutions
  • Identify systemic weaknesses and drive factory-wide process improvements and standardization
  • Validate parts against customer specifications and implement repeatable, shop-floor-ready fixes
  • Mentor and guide operators and technicians on machining processes and best practices
