About this role

Hadrian seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive factory development and operational excellence by managing critical projects, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing new processes and assets across autonomous manufacturing facilities. You'll combine technical expertise with pragmatic problem-solving to scale production capabilities for aerospace and defense applications.

What you'll do

  • Execute and own critical projects from conception through completion, addressing complex operational and technical challenges
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and deploy sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes
  • Identify and lead systematic improvements within factory operations, developing early pragmatic solutions that inform future software development
  • Redesign existing processes and introduce new processes and assets to increase production rates and enable new capabilities
  • Lead production process development and implementation in a high-growth manufacturing environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve deep technical and operational problems
