About this role

Hadrian seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support production scaling and process optimization at their Mesa, AZ facility. You'll manage customer onboarding, drive low-to-high-volume transitions, oversee defect resolution, and collaborate with software teams to implement new automated assets and capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Ensure compliance with customer technical requirements and quality/regulatory paperwork
  • Onboard new customers and validate factory capabilities against their specifications
  • Own problem-solving and root cause analysis for production defects to improve yield and reduce rework
  • Lead transition strategies from low-rate to high-volume manufacturing
  • Integrate and optimize new automated production assets with software engineering support
  • Adapt shop floor infrastructure and processes to support high-volume production demands

  • GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Aerospace manufacturing and tight-tolerance machining operations
  • Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Quality systems (AS9100 preferred)
  • ERP/MRP system proficiency

  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving
  • Software scripting (SQL, VBA, Python) - preferred
