About this role
Hadrian seeks a Quality Engineer for New Product Introduction to oversee customer quality requirement compliance and integration into manufacturing operations. You'll manage customer onboarding, audits, and quality system development while collaborating with automation and manufacturing teams to ensure aerospace and defense standards are met.
What you'll do
- Onboard new customers by mapping quality requirements and conducting gap assessments against current capabilities
- Manage customer and third-party audits, including pre-audit preparation and post-audit action item documentation
- Integrate customer quality processes into Hadrian's automation systems alongside the automation team
- Drive process improvements based on quality specifications and customer flowdowns using data-driven approaches
- Act as product owner for quality-related automation tools, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards
- Develop quality plans, control plans, standard operating procedures, and customer-specific quality documentation
