Quality Systems Engineer
About this role
Hadrian seeks a Quality Systems Engineer to establish and maintain quality management processes for aerospace and defense manufacturing. You'll serve as the customer liaison for quality requirements, manage audits and compliance initiatives, and ensure AS9100 standards are met across production operations.
What you'll do
- Act as primary liaison for customer-specific quality requirements and integrate them into production workflows
- Conduct gap analyses of customer specifications and develop customer-specific quality documentation and inspection plans
- Coordinate and manage customer audits while preparing production teams and addressing compliance issues
- Design and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and control plans meeting industry and customer standards
- Serve as AS9100 compliance subject matter expert and lead internal audit initiatives
- Develop training sessions for production staff on quality standards and customer-specific requirements
