About this role

Hadrian seeks a Senior Identity Engineer to design and operate comprehensive identity infrastructure for aerospace and defense manufacturing systems handling export-controlled data. You'll own SSO, MFA, cloud identity, and the full access lifecycle across corporate, cloud, and factory environments on a small, high-leverage security team.

What you'll do

  • Design and operate IdP stack (Okta, Entra, Google Workspace, Auth0, Zitadel) with SSO, SCIM provisioning, and phishing-resistant MFA
  • Build production identity systems using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, and relationship-based access control
  • Manage cloud identity end-to-end including Azure service principals, AWS IAM, and workload/service identity
  • Automate joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle and access reviews across the organization
  • Partner with Detection & Response and Compliance teams to ensure identity telemetry is detectable and audit-ready
  • Work cross-functionally to help teams meet identity needs while maintaining least-privilege security posture
