About this role
Hankook Tire & Technology seeks an IT Infrastructure Associate to support day-to-day operations of their Nashville headquarters' IT systems, including servers, networks, and user devices. This in-person role provides hands-on experience with infrastructure management, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and telecommunications while delivering technical support to employees.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues for end-users
- Monitor network performance and infrastructure health, escalating critical problems appropriately
- Maintain and support Windows and Linux server environments and virtualization technologies
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network equipment
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and support VoIP/telecommunications systems
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects including implementation, testing, and documentation
