About this role
Harbor is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead client installations and ensure successful integration of Intapp solutions. This remote role requires a client-facing professional with strong technical expertise, particularly in SQL and cloud technologies, to deliver solutions and manage client expectations. What you'll do
- Install and implement software solutions, managing projects from scoping to support.

- Manage client communication and set project expectations.
- Perform system upgrades and migrations to the cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
