Legal Engineer (In-House)

About this role

Harvey seeks a Legal Engineer with in-house counsel experience to serve as a bridge between customers, sales, and product. You'll work with corporate legal teams to uncover workflow challenges, demonstrate AI-powered solutions, and guide product development that truly serves legal professionals.

What you'll do

• Partner with in-house legal teams to identify pain points and tailor Harvey solutions to their workflows
• Translate customer feedback and legal insights into actionable product direction
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing on roadmap strategy
• Build and refine product demonstrations and use cases for corporate legal departments
• Serve as credible advisor introducing new AI capabilities to legal customers
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer adoption and success

• Understanding of legal workflows and in-house team challenges
• Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals

• JD or equivalent legal qualification
