About this role
Harvey is hiring a Legal Engineer to bridge corporate lawyers with AI-powered legal solutions. You'll leverage your transactional law background to uncover client pain points, drive product demos, and shape the platform's evolution for corporate legal teams.
What you'll do
- Engage corporate lawyers at prospects and customers to identify workflow challenges and demonstrate Harvey's value
- Translate customer feedback and legal insights into product direction and roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on strategy and execution
- Develop and refine product demonstrations and use cases reflecting real corporate legal workflows
- Deliver tailored, credible product introductions customized for each customer's needs
What they're looking for
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- 3+ years transactional law experience (M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, banking, or related)
- Deep understanding of corporate legal workflows and challenges
- Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Curiosity about AI's potential in legal services
- Solutions-oriented, practical mindset
- Client-facing, business development, or cross-functional collaboration experience (preferred)
