Legal Engineer (Law Firm, Corporate)

Harvey is hiring a Legal Engineer to bridge corporate lawyers with AI-powered legal solutions. You'll leverage your transactional law background to uncover client pain points, drive product demos, and shape the platform's evolution for corporate legal teams.

What you'll do

• Engage corporate lawyers at prospects and customers to identify workflow challenges and demonstrate Harvey's value
• Translate customer feedback and legal insights into product direction and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on strategy and execution
• Develop and refine product demonstrations and use cases reflecting real corporate legal workflows
• Deliver tailored, credible product introductions customized for each customer's needs

What they're looking for

• JD or equivalent legal qualification
• 3+ years transactional law experience (M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, banking, or related)
• Deep understanding of corporate legal workflows and challenges
• Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Curiosity about AI's potential in legal services
• Solutions-oriented, practical mindset
• Client-facing, business development, or cross-functional collaboration experience (preferred)
