About this role
Harvey seeks a Trust Engineer to build the engineering foundation for compliance and audit automation at an AI-powered legal services platform. You'll design data infrastructure, develop AI-driven compliance workflows, and create real-time visibility into control health and risk posture for enterprise customers worldwide.
What you'll do
- Implement and optimize compliance automation platforms to streamline compliance workflows
- Design and build a compliance data layer in Snowflake integrating signals from infrastructure, security, and SaaS tools
- Develop AI agents and automated pipelines for evidence collection, control testing, and continuous monitoring
- Partner with Engineering and Security to map technical implementations to compliance controls
- Build reporting and dashboards translating compliance data into executive risk narratives
