About this role
Wizards of the Coast seeks a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise identity, messaging, and collaboration services. You'll be the technical expert for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and Teams, ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure supporting global operations.
What you'll do
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity lifecycle management across enterprise environments
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, compliance, and licensing
- Implement and support Conditional Access, MFA, identity protection, and Privileged Identity Management in Azure
- Administer Exchange Server and Teams Phone services including mail flow, voice infrastructure, and security
- Manage account provisioning, access governance, security groups, and automation solutions
- Support hybrid identity services, directory synchronization, and email security technologies
