Associate Systems Engineer
About this role
Associate Systems Engineer at Pure Storage (NYSE: P) supporting the sales engineering organization through customer product adoption, lifecycle management, and technical account support. The role bridges pre-sales and post-sales activities, working with customers on configurations, demonstrations, and solution designs while collaborating across internal teams.
What you'll do
- Validate configurations and assist internal teams in support of sales opportunities
- Collect and analyze data to develop sales plays and lifecycle management programs
- Conduct basic product demonstrations, system configurations, and customer technical training
- Support account planning processes and assist with solution design, leading simple design engagements
- Provide technical account management to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of storage solutions
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Professional Services, Renewal, and Order Management teams
