Headway is seeking an IT Engineer to own and optimize their network and conference room AV systems across three offices, while also handling escalated IT support issues. This role involves proactively identifying and resolving technical problems, building automation to prevent future incidents, and ensuring seamless technology experiences for Headway employees. You'll be a key point of escalation and contribute to the ongoing growth and scaling of the IT Operations team.

- Ensure network resilience and security through careful change management.
