Avionics Manufacturing Engineer

About this role

Hermeus seeks an Avionics Manufacturing Engineer in Atlanta to support the production of high-speed aircraft through hands-on manufacturing expertise and rapid prototyping. As part of a lean, experienced team, you'll contribute design feedback, manage avionics integration, and enable quick iterations to deliver cutting-edge defense aviation systems.

What you'll do

• Manufacture and integrate avionics systems for high-speed aircraft
• Provide design feedback to engineering team based on manufacturing insights
• Rapidly iterate on avionics assembly processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing team on vehicle build
• Support welding, machining, and integration of avionics components
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges in real-time
