About this role

Join Higharc's founding Forward Deployed team to transform unstructured homebuilder plan data into structured, queryable intelligence. You'll embed with customers to build searchable plan libraries, AI-driven analysis tools, and geometric similarity models while owning the full pipeline from raw data ingestion to production delivery.

What you'll do

  • Embed with homebuilder teams to conduct technical discovery, profile plan assets, and reverse-engineer how drawing sets encode variation
  • Build and ship searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled natural-language search capabilities
  • Develop ETL pipelines and work hands-on with APIs to ingest plans and produce structured, queryable output
  • Tune Higharc's Autotranslate AI to identify, categorize, and translate floorplans into structured data
  • Create geometric similarity scoring and classification models to surface duplicate or forked plans across a catalog
  • Travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time to deliver and validate solutions
