Hims & Hers is seeking an Operations Engineer/ Production Scientist to manage and optimize peptide manufacturing processes at their Menlo Park facility. This role will focus on Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) and related operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve yield, throughput, and process robustness. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on manufacturing experience, a data-driven approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a GMP environment.
What you'll do
- Serve as a technical process owner for peptide manufacturing operations.
- Monitor process parameters and analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead investigations related to process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Author and revise GMP documentation, including SOPs and batch records.
