About this role
Horizon Industries is seeking a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the modernization and support of the Defense Information Systems Agency’s IDEAS system. This remote role requires experience in full lifecycle development, system integration, and troubleshooting within a secure DoD environment. You will work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application components using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Develop secure REST and SOAP web services.
- Build and support integrations with external DoD and federal systems.
- Implement software according to DoD cybersecurity standards.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
