Product Deployment Engineer
About this role
Humanoid is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer to manage the on-site deployment and integration of its HMND-01 Alpha humanoid robots at customer facilities across North America. You'll conduct facility assessments, build test environments, execute product demonstrations, oversee pilot projects, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployment strategies while traveling approximately 40% of the time.
What you'll do
- Deploy and integrate humanoid robot solutions at customer locations across North America
- Conduct on-site facility visits to assess requirements and gather deployment data
- Build physical test twins, rigs, and lab environments for reliability and acceptance testing
- Organize and deliver product demonstrations to customers, investors, and stakeholders both in-lab and at industry events
- Plan, manage, and supervise proof-of-concept and pilot projects with hands-on technical support
- Troubleshoot robotic systems, perform maintenance, collect product data, and provide feedback to improve performance
