This role involves owning tickets from start to finish, troubleshooting problems in Linux environments, and contributing to documentation and runbooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong Linux background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing timely and effective support.

What you'll do

  • Own tickets from initial response to resolution.
  • Manage response times and adhere to SLAs.
  • Triage issues and determine fault location (internal or provider).
  • Configure customer environments (SSH, NFS, quotas, security groups).
  • Execute and author runbooks for common issues.
