About this role
Inferact is seeking an IT Systems & Operations Engineer to own and manage their internal technology environment as they rapidly scale. This role will be responsible for a wide range of IT functions, from employee onboarding and support to SaaS administration and SOC 2 compliance, supporting a global team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator comfortable building scalable systems and automating processes.
What you'll do

- Administer SaaS applications like Okta, Notion, and Vercel.
- Oversee office technology and workplace infrastructure.
- Manage VPN and access infrastructure (Cloudflare, Tailscale, Axis).
- Drive SOC 2 compliance efforts using Vanta.
- Maintain endpoint security and device management across Mac, Windows, and Linux.
