Innodata seeks an Application Reliability Engineer to provide production support, incident response, and continuous enhancements for business-critical enterprise applications running on Google App Engine and microservices architecture. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, maintaining availability, and delivering safe incremental improvements across multiple environments.

What you'll do

  • Provide production support and incident response for enterprise applications on Google App Engine, triaging and resolving user-impacting issues within SLAs
  • Troubleshoot application errors, performance degradation, service failures, and integration issues across microservices
  • Design and deliver feature enhancements and functional improvements based on user and business requirements
  • Manage App Engine deployments including versions, traffic splitting, canary rollouts, and rollback procedures
  • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and observability using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging
  • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring production issues and implement sustainable fixes
