About this role
Jackson Construction is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to support a new project at Fort Sam Houston. This on-site role involves assisting the project team with scheduling, documentation, quality assurance, and safety, ensuring project efficiency and strong stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Construction Management degree and possess excellent organizational skills.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate project documentation (submittals, RFIs, etc.)
- Participate in subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Support the Superintendent with safety and quality control.
- Assist with punch list completion and project closeout.
- Document and distribute project communications.
- Provide daily on-site support to the project team.
