JetBrains seeks a Backend Customer Success Engineer to guide organizations through Kotlin adoption in production environments. This role focuses on helping Java teams migrate to Kotlin, providing technical strategy, troubleshooting support, and ongoing engagement throughout their adoption journey.

What you'll do

  • Monitor organizations' Kotlin adoption progress across different stages (evaluation, experimentation, production)
  • Proactively engage with companies and help them understand the Kotlin migration process
  • Design and recommend customized Kotlin adoption strategies based on organizational context
  • Identify technical and process blockers and propose solutions to overcome them
  • Establish feedback loops with development teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
