About this role

JFrog is seeking a Professional Services DevOps Senior Engineer to work with enterprise customers on designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies. You'll bridge customer needs with JFrog's engineering and sales teams while building relationships and influencing product direction.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code for JFrog customers
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, support, and development teams to ensure successful DevOps platform adoption
  • Configure binary repositories, build tooling, and continuous integration infrastructure using Jenkins, Maven, NPM, and similar technologies
  • Train and mentor customers and the open-source community on JFrog platforms and DevOps best practices
  • Provide feedback on product features and roadmap based on direct customer interactions and needs
  • Stay current with DevOps and CI/CD technology trends and communicate insights to internal teams
