About this role

Jumio seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to bridge technical expertise and customer needs, helping prospects understand identity verification and KYC solutions through consultations, demos, and proof-of-concept work. You'll support the sales team across web and mobile platforms while collaborating with product and engineering to drive pipeline conversion and customer success.

What you'll do

  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand use cases and recommend Jumio solutions
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos across web, iOS, and Android platforms
  • Lead proof-of-concept implementations and manage customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live
  • Complete RFPs, RFIs, and solution presentations
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert to customers, account executives, and internal teams
  • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to maintain product knowledge

  • Web and mobile programming (JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift)
